Our Vision:

Mayotte Assisted Living Facility: A charitable but non-profit organization established to support and care for vulnerable elderly individuals in the southern region of Haiti. Starting from my hometown (Cayes), our long-term goal is to expand throughout the entire southern region and eventually the whole country.

Our Values:

  • Compassion: We treat every resident with kindness and empathy, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Respect: We honor the individuality and dignity of each resident, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
  • Excellence: We strive for excellence in all aspects of care, consistently going above and beyond to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Integrity: We uphold the highest standards of honesty and transparency in everything we do.
  • Community: We foster a sense of belonging and community, encouraging residents to engage and connect with one another.

History

Mayotte was a compassionate businesswoman who was deeply respected in her community. She had a generous heart and was always ready to help everyone, especially children. As her daughter, I feel a profound responsibility to continue her mission by founding the Mayotte Assisted Living Facility. This organization is committed to offering comprehensive care and support to elderly individuals who are in need now, and extending our services to children in the future. Our approach follows Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, ensuring both the physical and emotional well-being of our residents. Through this facility, we strive to uphold my mother Mayotte’s legacy of kindness and service, providing essential care and assistance to the southern region and beyond.
